Join One Hundred Miles as we visit coastal Georgia’s unique birding hotspots during the peak of fall migration. Learning will take place in the field and on the go. \nThis field trip will begin at 8:30 am on 9/27/25. We’ll focus on the freshwater ponds of Jekyll Island\, exploring the importance of our barrier islands to migrating birds\, who rely on these habitats for refueling and rest as they travel south. Timing is everything\, but we hope to catch an influx of migrating warblers\, other songbirds\, and ducks. Duration-2.5 hours. Rigor- A mix of driving and walking on short\, flat\, gravel or dirt paths. \nLimited tickets available! Secure your spot now.
