DESCRIPTION:Savannah Ogeechee Canal Trail Cleanup Day with Friends of Urban Nature\nSaturday\, June 20 • 9 AM – 12 PM (Noon)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet at the canal trail at the back of Tom Triplett Park\, follow the road past the dog park.  \nThis will be a hands-on trail cleanup and maintenance day focused on a section of the canal trail behind Tom Triplett Park and also a chance to experience this beautiful nature space that is being threatened by a massive 135-acre warehouse complex. This cleanup is in partnership with Friends of Urban Nature\, Coastal Greenspace Guardians\, and the Savannah Ogeechee Canal Society. They each will also be sharing about the history and nature of this amazing space! Upon arrival\, we will go over the details of the cleanup\, then we will work together to clear the overgrown trail. \nLearn more and register here.
