Meet Stephanie Chewning
OHM Coastal Educator… and book lover!
Stephanie’s love of the ocean began in her childhood along the beaches of Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Over her time at One Hundred Miles, she’s shared her passion for protecting these special places and helping others’ experience their wonder. Stephanie brings years of naturalist knowledge, outdoor education experience, and connections with people and places across the coast to everything she does—including book club!
Always either listening to or reading a book (sometimes several all at once), Stephanie is excited to host our Environmental Book Club discussions and see what each new text and gathering illuminate about our relationships with the environment, Georgia’s coast, and each other.
